Family Olympics Activity Ideas
1. DIY Olympic Torch Relay
Craft your own Olympic torches using cardboard tubes and tissue paper then use them in a relay around your home or garden, taking turns to carry the torch. Help children to understand the tradition and significance of the Olympic flame by learning about the origins of the Olympic torch.
